Sharing our stories

is a way to preserve the history of your church through the memories of those who lived those stories.

Every church has beloved members who have, in one way or another, helped shape that church. Some of these members are elderly, and we have to acknowledge that they won’t be with us forever. Some of these members are young and active, but a job change or other life choice could take them to the other side of the country or the world, for many years. In either case, stories are potentially lost.

Right now, you can think of at least five people in your church whose story is compelling enough that the next generation should hear it.

We’re here to help you make that happen.

Sharing Our Stories

works this way:

Schedule the person and the time and place of the interview (generally church or home).

  • Provide some notes about the story to be told.
  • Allow 30 minutes for each interview.
  • Using provided notes to ask questions, interviewer will record person as they share their story.
  • All footage is either delivered immediately to church or stored until it is needed.
